Last updated 21 October 2026. If a key you bought from us is not what you wanted, write and say so within fourteen days of buying it and you get your money back. You do not have to explain, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Paid plugins are not on sale yet. This is the planned refund policy for launch. Final purchase terms will be confirmed before sales open.
One email to support@sdsoftware.io with the address you bought with. That is the whole process. There is no form, no ticket number and no retention offer.
The money goes back through the original payment method. How long it then takes to appear is your bank's business, usually a few working days.
The same fourteen days apply to a yearly renewal. If a subscription renewed and you did not mean it to, write within fourteen days of the charge: the money comes back and the subscription is cancelled.
Write anyway. The fourteen days are the promise, not the limit of what we are willing to do, and in a dispute we would rather be out of pocket than be right.
Because you find out whether a key was worth it on the first batch, in the first ten minutes, long before you have used any real amount of it. Nobody discovers on day thirteen that they wanted their money back.
And because the free way of every plugin is complete. If the paid service is not for you, you are not left without a working tool; you are left with the one you already had, unlimited, exactly as it was.
